E Learning a New Way of Ensuring Compliance

Our E Learning packages provide an alternate pathway to achieve training compliance and have now been adopted by a large number of our clients. E Learning training ensures that new employees are inducted correctly (QuickInduct), and that employees who may be unavailable to attend a face to face training session, can undertake E Learning training (QuickRefresh), which is designed to provide compliance for a 12 month period.

It must be noted that this form of training is not designed to entirely replace face to face practical training. It will always be an important component of emergency training for practical drills to be conducted on site.

Natural Disaster Emergency Preparedness

As cities and regional areas of the Country come under increasing risk from various natural disasters ranging from fire, flood, extreme storm events and earthquakes, we note that the Australian Government has combined the efforts of the National Recovery and Resilience Agency and Emergency Management Australia, to create the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) on 1 September 2022.
